Catherine is Assistant Director in Homes England’s Markets, Partners and Places Directorate with lead responsibility for Greater Manchester and Liverpool City Region, working with local leaders and partners across these regions as an enabler to deliver housing and regeneration priorities. With more than 20 years’ experience in regeneration and the housing sector, Catherine has directed all aspects of development ranging from delivery of complex, high value mixed-use schemes to negotiating disposals on some of the most iconic sites in the North West. She is well versed in working with private and public sector partners to drive transformative change as part of multi-million-pound place initiatives.

Prior to joining Homes England, Catherine worked in the private sector and for a national housing association. She is a Chartered Surveyor and professionally qualified in commercial property and civils surveying as well as housing development.
