Alison has over 25 years’ experience in social value, sustainability and social enterprise. Currently Director of Social Sustainability at BAM UK&I she leads on social impact and value creation serving the needs and aspirations of clients and communities.

Before joining BAM Alison initiated, developed and led Arup’s social value consultancy offer in the built environment. Previous to this she was Director of Impact at Liverpool’s award winning social enterprise FRC Group.

Alison is Chair of Board at Community Forest Trust . A national charity championing and supporting England’s 17 community forests to create and manage local community woodlands.
